Articles are the core content unit in Taufinity Studio. They can be generated by AI, written manually, or a combination of both. Each article belongs to a site and goes through a workflow from creation to publication.

Creating Articles

Articles can be created in several ways:

• AI generation: The content pipeline generates articles from topic ideas automatically
• Manual creation: Write articles directly in the editor
• Playbook-triggered: Playbooks can create articles as part of automated workflows

Article Workflow

Articles move through a lifecycle:

Status	Description
Draft	Initial state, content is being created or edited
In Review	Ready for editorial review
Approved	Reviewed and approved for publication
Published	Live on the destination site
Rejected	Declined, needs revision

Validation

Before publishing, articles are validated for:

• SEO quality (title length, meta description, heading structure)
• Content structure and formatting
• Required fields and metadata

Publishing

Approved articles can be published to configured destinations:

• Your hosted site
• WordPress
• Other connected platforms
