Topic ideas are the starting point of the content pipeline. They represent content concepts that can be turned into articles, either suggested by AI or added manually.

Managing Topics

Navigate to Topic Ideas to view and manage your content queue.

Status	Description
Pending	Idea submitted, waiting to be picked up
In Progress	Currently being developed into an article
Completed	Article has been generated
Rejected	Declined, won't be developed

Priority & Ordering

• Forced topics are prioritized in the content pipeline and processed first
• Drag and drop to reorder topics in the queue
• Topics at the top of the list are picked up next by the pipeline

Topic Preview

Preview how a topic will be developed before committing to full article generation. Use Refresh Preview to get an updated preview with different angles or approaches.

• AI discovery: Automatic topic suggestions based on your site's category and content strategy
• Manual entry: Add your own ideas directly
• Playbook triggers: Automated workflows can submit topic ideas
