Articles are the core content unit in Taufinity Studio. They can be generated by AI, written manually, or a combination of both. Each article belongs to a site and goes through a workflow from creation to publication.

Creating Articles

Articles can be created in several ways:

• AI generation — The content pipeline generates articles from topic ideas automatically
• Manual creation — Write articles directly in the editor
• Playbook-triggered — Playbooks can create articles as part of automated workflows

Article Workflow

Articles move through a lifecycle:

Status	Description
Draft	Initial state — content is being created or edited
In Review	Ready for editorial review
Approved	Reviewed and approved for publication
Published	Live on the destination site
Rejected	Declined — needs revision

Validation

Before publishing, articles are validated for:

• SEO quality (title length, meta description, heading structure)
• Content structure and formatting
• Required fields and metadata

Publishing

Approved articles can be published to configured destinations:

• Your hosted site
• WordPress
• Other connected platforms
