Distributions

Distributions take your articles and publish them across social media channels. Each distribution is a channel-specific version of your content — optimized for the platform it's posted to.

Additional channels can be configured per site.

How It Works

1. An article is approved for publication
2. Distributions are generated — one per configured channel
3. Each distribution is adapted to the channel's format (character limits, hashtags, image requirements)
4. Distributions go through an approval workflow or publish automatically, depending on your settings

Approval Workflow

Auto-publish	Distributions publish immediately after generation
Require approval	Distributions wait for manual review before posting

Configure this per site under Site Settings > Distribution.

Scheduling

Distributions can be scheduled for optimal posting times. The AI can suggest timing based on channel best practices.

Batch Operations

From the distributions overview, you can:

• Batch approve — Approve multiple distributions at once
• Batch reject — Decline distributions that need revision
• Batch publish — Publish all approved distributions immediately
